Project no.3

Project Management for DRI Client; Snap-on.  Apparel line development accounts for a majority of my largest accounts. Overseeing Accounts like Snap-on accumulate months out of the year for development, sketch work, CADs, photoshoots, marketing push rollouts and print/digital catalog development.  I oversee and lead the design team with projects like these. For Snap-on; I work closely with a merchandiser team, global sourcing and brand reps to ensure product is in line with brand standards and delivered to its marketplaces to represent its brand both domestically and worldwide.

Project no.4

I worked as senior design lead within a team to develop the UX for the Caps Direct website. This project also came with a task much larger than just a simple website UX. We were asked if we could reimagine the workflow between all channels of the company. This question led to our project group creating a solution, utilizing both scripts and a portal system on back end of production to allow a better communication chain between Caps Direct, their clients and the factories, all within a unified chain. By developing this new process of order flow we also were able to provide better data insight for DRI, Caps Direct and their network of clients and factories. The Caps Direct Website acts not only as the D2C for Caps Direct but also a portal for this new chain of communication for the company.

Project no.5

Our firm (Design Resources Inc.) was selected for a bidding process to acquire a large scale full spectrum brand identity revamp.  I was asked to represent DRI and direct the project by creating a pitch proposal that was shown in conjunction with a Merchandiser and overseen by our SVP of Merchandising and Global Sourcing. My bid proposal helped secure the contract with Vista Outdoor to rebrand their newly acquired Blackhawk brand.  I was appointed the lead designer over this project for DRI and placed in charge of development for the new identity of the brand.

This project also encompassed seasonal apparel lines and branding (Hangtags, Exterior and Interior Branding, Fabric Runs, Patterns, Carton Specs, Labels, Apparel Protos, CAD’s, Photography Shoots and Signage) that can be found in multiple sales platform B2C, B2G and DTC. I hope you enjoy looking over the project where my graphic work can be found integrated across the entire Blackhawk brand.
